The Coconut House :: Lee + Mundwiler Architects
Centrally located on the West Side, five minutes from the Marina and mid-way between Venice and Playa Vista, the familiar housing typology references a traditional “home”. However, by subtracting volumes from the building mass, light, air, and nature penetrate deeply into the living space.
