Historic-Cultural Monuments for sale

What is a Historic-Cultural Monument? In 1962, the city of Los Angeles enacted The City of Los Angeles Cultural Heritage Ordinance which made it possible to designate buildings and sites as individual local landmarks called "Historic-Cultural Monuments."  The City currently has over 900 Historic-Cultural Monuments providing official recognition and protection for some of Los Angeles' most significant and cherished resources.

Two more impressive properties with Historic-Cultural Monument designations have just hit the market, both listed for $1,395,000.  You may recall our recent Kalmick House by A. Quincy Jones (Historic-Cultural Monument No. 634) listed by our Partners Brian Linder and Scott King, which sold very quickly.
