deasy/penner&partners proudly sponsors Pasadena Heritage's Craftsman Weekend, an event exploring Pasadena's unique contributions to the American Arts & Crafts movement featuring bus tours, walking tours, self-guided tours, workshops and lectures, evening events in historic sites and a furnishings show and sale.
The signature event of the weekend is an all-day drive yourself home tour of Pasadena's extraordinary Craftsman-era homes. This in-depth drive-yourself tour provides the opportunity to experience the rich variety of Craftsman architecture that makes Pasadena a destination for Arts & Crafts enthusiasts. Experienced docents will provide detailed histories of each of the featured homes while guests examine the natural materials, fine craftsmanship, and exquisite detailing that exemplify the Craftsman era. The tour will feature five examples of Craftsman Architecture and a bonus Greene and Greene home in nearby Sierra Madre.
